Aaron Smith is a cinematographer, camera operator and director specialising in film, high-definition and cgi production workflows.  A cinematography Masters graduate of the Australian Film Television & Radio School [AFTRS], with over eight years of industry experience, Aaron is driven by a passion for story, collaboration and visual creativity. 

He collaborated as the director of photography on the video game L.A. Noire for Team Bondi / Rockstar Games, directed/shot Hungry Beast for Zapruder’s Other Films / ABC, shot part of the observational documentary series Country Town Rescue for Zapruder’s Other Films / ABC and directed Myf Warhurst’s NICE for ABC.  His work has been recognised with ACS awards and a Walkley Award.
